Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment for laboratory services provided by Rd Support, a brand of DR. REDDYS LABORATORIES LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Service Booking and Payment
1.1 Service Booking
To book our laboratory services, you may contact us through our website, email, phone, or in person. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with a quotation or proposal outlining the scope of services, timeline, and fees.
1.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement or statement of work:
- For standard laboratory services, we require a 50% advance payment to initiate the service, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service or delivery of results.
- For long-term or complex projects, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or statement of work.
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through approved payment methods.
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel a service, the following terms apply:
2.1.1 Cancellation Windows
- More than 7 business days before scheduled service: Full refund of any advance payment, less a 10% administrative fee.
- 3-7 business days before scheduled service: 75% refund of any advance payment.
- 1-2 business days before scheduled service: 50% refund of any advance payment.
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled service or after service has begun: No refund will be provided.
2.1.2 Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service, you must notify us in writing via email at contact@drreddyslabs.shop or through a formal letter. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notification.
2.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a service:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 3 business days before the scheduled service will not incur any additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made within 3 business days of the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the service cost.
- Services can only be rescheduled once without additional charges.
2.3 Cancellation by Rd Support
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, unavailability of key personnel, or force majeure events. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible.
- We will offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to you, we will provide a full refund of any advance payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
The following cases are non-refundable:
3.1 Consumables and Materials
Once specific consumables, reagents, or materials have been purchased for your service, their cost is non-refundable, even if the service is cancelled.
3.2 Initiated Tests
If laboratory tests or analyses have already been initiated, the costs associated with the work performed are non-refundable.
3.3 Completed Services
No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed and results delivered, regardless of the outcome of the tests or analyses.
3.4 Breach of Terms
No refunds will be provided if services are terminated due to your breach of our Terms and Conditions or other agreements.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Request
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to contact@drreddyslabs.shop, including your name, service details, reason for the refund request, and proof of payment.
4.2 Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- Bank charges or transaction fees associated with the refund may be deducted from the refund amount.
4.3 Partial Services
If only part of the services has been delivered at the time of cancellation, we may provide a partial refund based on the proportion of services not yet rendered, subject to the cancellation terms above.
5. Disputes
If you dispute a charge or believe a refund has been incorrectly calculated:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge or refund.
- Provide all relevant documentation and information.
- We will review your claim and respond within 15 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
